Niu Lei (1983.09-), male, Ph.D., associate professor, master's tutor, teacher at the School of Surveying, Mapping and Geographic Information, member of the National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for the Application of Geographic Conditions Monitoring Technology in Lanzhou Jiaotong University. He studied at well-known domestic and foreign universities such as Wuhan University and Delft University of Technology; published more than 30 high-level scientific research papers, and presided over more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects.

牛磊（1983.09-），男，博士，副教授，硕导，兰州交通大学测绘与地理信息学院教师，地理国情监测技术应用国家地方联合工程研究中心成员。求学于武汉大学、代尔夫特理工大学等国内外知名高校；出版高水平科研论文30多篇，主持国家、省部级等科研课题30多项。
